Ben has 15 years of experience working in the ceramic and natural stone industry. He has travelled extensively throughout Asia and Europe, visiting trade and design fairs along with quarries/processing facilities to stay up to date on industry trends and technical developments.
Ben started his career in the warehouse packing tiles, moved into showroom sales then progressed to the role of an architectural representative, where he gained experience with international shipping and developed a strong understanding of the products.
Throughout his career, Ben has built relationships with suppliers both overseas and throughout Australia, which has enabled him to provide clients with a wide range of high-quality products at competitive prices.
Ben is passionate about the ceramic and natural stone industry, and is committed to providing clients with the best service and products.

Sam Robinson is a highly accomplished Tile Showroom Manager and Interior Designer with an impressive professional background. With her keen eye for reading site plans and providing accurate quotes, she has become a trusted expert in the field.
Throughout her career, Sam has worked for renowned tile companies, gaining invaluable experience and insights. Her dedication and commitment to her craft have made her a respected figure in the industry. Known for her adaptability and leadership abilities, Sam excels as a Showroom Manager, leveraging her extensive expertise as an interior designer.
Sam’s problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail have earned her the nickname “The Fixer” due to her willingness to assist with on-site tile and plumbing installations. Her strong leadership skills enable her to successfully manage showrooms and thrive in various environments.

Luca Lapenna set out with a vision to revolutionise the tiling industry. He longed for tilers to be recognised as more than just tradespeople, but as celebrated
craftsmen and has successfully done this with our national award winning sister tile installation company Aesthetic Tile & Stone.
Paired with his genuine passion for connecting with clients and an incredible eye for detail, Luca established The Tile Supply, a place where his passion will continue across the tile supply industry. Since launching The Tile Supply, Luca
has attracted a team of individuals that possess a wealth of experience with tile products, knowledge and integrity, and built an ethos of bespoke, premium and
